MEDIUM WARDROBE can hold 2 cabin hand luggage or a larger suitcase and a backpack: dimensions H45, W40, D90 cm
LARGE WARDROBE can hold 3/4 cabin hand luggage or a very large hold suitcase or 2 medium-sized suitcases or 4 backpacks: dimensions H60, W40, D90 cm.

The procedure to follow to unlock the box/cabinet is as follows:
> Touch the display
> FREE
> Enter cabinet/box number > OK
> Enter opening code > OK
Without the access code, you cannot reopen or free the lockers and therefore you cannot collect your bags.
Remember this!
The emergency recovery procedure for the opening code is free of charge.
Our lockers can be booked for a minimum of 1 hour. The maximum rental period is indefinite. If you fail to collect your luggage or if you have not expressly stated your desire to extend your storage period, we will store your luggage and/or items for the next 7 days, charging the applicable daily rate. After that time, they will be destroyed, and you will be charged for any resulting costs. If you forget to collect your luggage before closing time (if applicable), we will store it for you, and you can collect it during closing time for an after-hours fee.

Of course, our luggage storage is open every day and under video surveillance 24 hours a day. In the event of human errors, for which PartenoBag is not responsible, any violation or attempted tampering that causes damage will be prosecuted. In the event of proven machine errors and impossibility of assistance, the costs of the poor service will be borne by PartenoBag. Any type of vandalism or malicious act will be prosecuted in the appropriate venues.

Notice! Make sure you enter a correct email address and that you can open your email to receive the QR Code. Do not use lockers left open . First book and pay, then leave your luggage in the locker randomly assigned to you (the incorrect use of a locker found open will result in a charge of €5 and the intervention of the assistance) In case of problems contact the assistance. Are you running late for your pick up? Don't worry, our storage is secure, your locker will remain locked and will only open once you have paid the required balance.
