How do I rent a locker?

You can do it in two ways, both simple and fast.Book and pay onlineBook directly in the luggage storage - In just a few minutes you can book inside the storage using the touchscreen: select your rental details and proceed to payment by credit/debit card.

How big are the lockers?

MEDIUM WARDROBE can hold 2 cabin hand luggage or a larger suitcase and a backpack: dimensions H45, W40, D90 cm 
LARGE WARDROBE can hold 3/4 cabin hand luggage or a very large hold suitcase or 2 medium-sized suitcases or 4 backpacks: dimensions H60, W40, D90 cm. Don't overfill your closet! How do I collect my bags?

Upon booking, after paying the deposit, you will receive a QR code or code via email.Didn't receive it? Check your spam! The procedure to follow to unlock the box/cabinet is as follows:> Touch the display> FREE> Enter cabinet/box number > OK> Enter opening code > OK Without the access code, you cannot reopen or free the lockers and therefore you cannot collect your bags.Remember this!The emergency recovery procedure for the opening code is free of charge.

How long can I leave my luggage?

Our lockers can be booked for a minimum of 1 hour. The maximum rental period is indefinite. If you fail to collect your luggage or if you have not expressly stated your desire to extend your storage period, we will store your luggage and/or items for the next 7 days, charging the applicable daily rate. After that time, they will be destroyed, and you will be charged for any resulting costs. If you forget to collect your luggage before closing time (if applicable), we will store it for you, and you can collect it during closing time for an after-hours fee.

What happens if I arrive later than my final rental time?

In this case, to collect your baggage you will have to pay the excess hourly cost. You can easily pay the difference with your credit/debit card and proceed to collect your baggage.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

The reservation cannot be modified in the system. Refund and cancellation are always possible in case of error or in any case with notice within 24 hours of the day before check in, net of commissions (for payment with Stripe total refund €1.44, for Paypal €1.58).

Can I leave my luggage overnight?

Accepted Answer

Of course, our luggage storage is open every day and under video surveillance 24 hours a day. In the event of human errors, for which PartenoBag is not responsible, any violation or attempted tampering that causes damage will be prosecuted. In the event of proven machine errors and impossibility of assistance, the costs of the poor service will be borne by PartenoBag. Any type of vandalism or malicious act will be prosecuted in the appropriate venues.

Oops, I forgot something in the closet, can I reopen it?

Of course! After depositing your luggage you can reopen your locker by clicking “ REOPEN ”. This function is available immediately from the beginning of the rental. For exceptional emergencies call us.

Absolutely yes, 100%. Our luggage storage is under 24-hour video surveillance and the contents are insured up to €500.

As we were telling you, our luggage is 100% safe but in the very remote event of theft or damage, each of your bags is guaranteed for Euro 500.00 by the insurance company.
