Terms and Conditions – Parteno Bag
Parteno Bag deposits are accessible every day, 24 hours a day or continuously, from morning to evening, depending on the location.
1. Objects not allowed:
It is forbidden to deposit:
Animals
Perishable or smelly products
Corrosive, explosive or flammable materials
Metals and precious stones
2. Responsibility and contents of baggage:
The contents of the luggage are under the full responsibility of the customer.
Parteno Bag does not accept complaints in the event of:
Storage of non-compliant objects
Missing rental receipt
3. Access to deposits:
Customers can access their locker at any time by following the instructions provided for using the service.
4. Forgotten objects:
In the case of forgotten luggage that is promptly claimed, Parteno Bag will be able to organize the shipment at the customer's expense.
The minimum costs are €35.00, to which will be added the shipping costs calculated based on weight, destination, carrier and delivery method.
5. Rules of conduct in the premises:
The Parteno Bag premises are strictly NON-SMOKING
The entire area is under active video surveillance 24/7.
6. Access to surveillance videos:
The recordings can be viewed by the customer, upon request, at a fixed cost of €50.00.
In all other cases, they will be available only upon request by the competent authorities.
7. Access to the service:
Access is permitted only to adults. Minors may only enter if accompanied by an adult.
8. Data provided by the customer:
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered at the time of booking, in particular:
E-mail address
Telephone number (including international prefix)
9. Disclaimer:
Parteno Bag is not responsible for theft, vandalism, damage, deterioration or accidents relating to objects or luggage stored inside the lockers or rooms.
10. Processing of personal data:
Parteno Bag undertakes to comply with current privacy legislation:
Does not sell, trade or exchange customer data
Delete sensitive data (e.g. phone number) at the end of the rental
It does not use tracking systems or data storage after the conclusion of the service
11. Acceptance of conditions:
Booking and use of the service imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Once accepted, the customer waives any legal action against Parteno Bag in relation to the above.
12. Competent court:
For any dispute, the Court of jurisdiction in which the Parteno Bag headquarters is located, where the deposit took place, will be competent.
